President-Elect  Kimberly White
Kimberly has been a member of the Junior League since 2002.  She has served in Dallas and New York and since 2011 been a member of the London Junior League.  This past year Kimberly has served on the Board of Trustees as Sustainer Director.  She has a variety of Junior League experiences including fund raising, equine therapy, nature preservation, art education, and poverty intervention.  She is a graduate from Columbia University in New York and London Business School and focuses on Finance and Management Consulting.  Kimberly currently lives in Clapham with her husband, Richard and her two young children, Georgina and William.
Finance_Director Sarah Ryan
Originally from Chicago, Sarah joined the Junior League of London soon after she arrived in London in 2001. She has served on various committees, including New Member Development, Communications, Special Events and Sales (as co-chair), Placement and Revenue Research. Professionally, has worked in mergers & acquisitions, corporate strategy and non-profit fundraising. She lives in Marylebone with her husband, Patrick, and enjoys running, pilates and the arts. She graduated from Duke University with a BA in Economics and has an MBA in Finance, with honors, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Sustainer_Director  Lisa Bajardi

Lisa joined the Junior League of London in 2005. She previously served the Board as President-Elect and Membership Vice President. She also chaired the New Member Development and Life Journeys committees, each for two years, and has been a Placement Advisor, Annual Fund Champion, Recognition Champion, Sustainer Vice-Chair, and Sustainer Advisor. In 2010 she was awarded the JLL’s 25th anniversary award for promoting, developing, and improving the membership and the community. Lisa’s not-for-profit experience extends to having had served as board Vice-Chair of one of the JLL’s community partners, the Venture Community  Association.

Professionally, she works in investor relations for a hedge fund. Lisa lives in South Kensington with her fiancé and enjoys baking, fitness, and travel.

Nominating Director Mary Craddock
Mary joined the Junior League of London in Fall 2010 and has served on a number of committees including Centrepoint, Events, Little Black Dress and Nominating.  A graduate of Baylor University, Mary holds degrees in Finance and International Business which have allowed her to live and work across the globe – Tokyo, Berlin, Munich and now London.  She is currently the Managing Director of Real Estate for a private equity investment firm.  Mary lives with her husband in Fulham.
Active Member-at-Large Celine Cartlidge
Celine Cartlidge joined the Junior League of London in 2014. She has been a member and is the current chair of the Revenue Research Committee. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Celine moved to the UK in 2010 and completed her MBA at Lancaster University before moving to London. Celine has spent the past thirteen years working in financial services and is the Deputy Compliance Officer at Decus Insurance Brokers, a Lloyd’s of London broker. In her spare time, she enjoys live music and travelling
Non-Executive Director Melissa Allen

Melissa joined the League in 2010.  She has served on the Board previously as Membership Vice President and as Active-at-Large where she was co-chair of the league’s Strategic Review.  She has also led the Holiday Hampers donations sub-committee, served as Co-Chair of DIAD, and was named Volunteer of the Year in 2012.

Melissa holds a Masters in Leadership and Strategy from London Business School and is the Head of the Risk Consulting practice at KPMG. She lives in Greenwich with her husband, Kale, and when she’s not volunteering she enjoys skiing, horse riding, and travel at every opportunity.

Non-Executive Director Lisa Coffee
Lisa joined the Junior League of London in 2009 after moving to the UK from Chicago.  Throughout her JLL career, Lisa has served on a variety of committees including New Member, Holiday Hampers, co-chaired Dolly’s Imagination Library and co-chaired Boutique de Noel 2013 before becoming a Sustainer.   Lisa graduated with dual business and communications degrees from Southern Methodist University and received her MBA from the University of Michigan.  She spent 10 years as a management consultant, advising private sector clients on mergers/acquisitions and the resulting change management challenges.  In addition to JLL, Lisa has sat on the Boards of the National Childbirth Trust (NCT) and Baby Cafe.
Non-Executive Director Anna Mazzone
Anna has been a solid supporter of JLL since she returned to London from NY City in 2006.  As an active member, Anna has led led multiple committees for Boutique de Noel including managing the overall event in 2008.  She has served on the JLL Board as Vice President of Fund Development and also Sustainer Director. A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Anna has over 20years in the international capital markets, working for Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Thomson Reuters, Markit, CME and Trunomi, her new venture in Fintech.  She founded and built the industry’s first global KYC Managed Shared Service for Thomson Reuters from. She is a dual American-British citizen.  Anna loves to build and create new ventures, enjoys hanging out with friends, travel, pilates, cycling and bulldogs.

Membership_VP_ Bejay Ugale

Bejay Ugale joined the Junior League of London as a transfer from the Junior League of Boston in August 2010.  She previously joined Boston’s league in September 2007.  She has served in multiple leadership roles over the course of her league career, ranging from Active Programme Manager, Nominating Director, and New Member Development Committee Chair as well as serving as a member of various committees such as the Strategic Review and Communications Committees. She has volunteered extensively in the US and London with various community partners.

Bejay has a Master’s of Science in Investment Management from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (concentration: Industrial Econ) and Spanish from Bryn Mawr College.  She works for one of the largest global asset management firms in business development and is part of the firm’s Professional Women’s Network’s steering committee.

Fund Development VP Tamsin Davies

Tamsin joined the Junior League of London in Fall 2014.  Prior to serving as Fund Development Vice President, Tamsin has served in a variety of roles on the Fund Development Council including Boutique de Noel Marketing Committee, Events Committee and later Events Co- Chair.

Since graduating from Columbia University in 2007 with a degree in Operations Research, she has over 8 years’ experience in working in strategy, product management and product development for a major financial institution.   In addition, while working, she completed her Masters in Science in Operations Research from Columbia in 2013.

Her work and studies have led to adventures living in New York, Hong Kong, Sydney and now London.  Outside of work and the JLL, Tamsin enjoys flexing her creative juices as a stylist with Stella & Dot, trying new foods, drinks and gym classes, exploring the world, going to theatre, skiing, and volunteering for Alpha Chi Omega and Columbia University.  Tamsin currently lives in Little Venice with her partner Nick.

Communications VP Kristina Vaughn
Kristina has been with the Junior League for 20 years, starting out her Provisional year in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  During the dotcom days, she lived in Northern Virginia where she was in the JLNV.  Seven years and a set of twins later, she accepted a job that took her and her family west where she transferred to the JL of Denver and became a Sustainer.  About one and half years ago, Kristina’s husband had a chance to transfer to London as an expat for his firm, where Kristina transferred her Sustainer membership and became involved in the Sustainer Engagement Team.  In addition to the hands-on volunteer work, she also was Editor of the Newsletter and eventually Communications Council Director in the JLNV. While Kristina’s career has been spent in Financial Services (technology, strategy, marketing) she often wakes up and wonders how she, an English Literature major from Indiana University, ended up with this unexpected and fantastic life.

Placement_Director_ Rebecca Thorne
Rebecca has been a member of the JLL since moving here the spring of 2008. Prior to London, Rebecca was a member of the NY and Denver Junior Leagues. In London, Rebecca is currently Placement Director and has been on many committees, including the Community Research Committee, been Community Impact Champion, the Nominating Committee a few times, the Strategic Review Committee, LEAD and was Active at Large where her primary role was to facilitate the implementation of the Strategic Review Committee recommendations with the Board of Trustees. Rebecca is currently a Platform and Product Manager at Platts, an energy information company. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in mathematics and now lives in London with her husband Simon and their two very energetic sons, Jackson and Banner.
Placement Committee Member Blanca Gonzalez

Blanca has been a member of the Junior League since she joined the New Members’ Class in the autumn of 2010 in Miami, Florida. After transferring to London in May 2015 for a work opportunity, she joined the LEAD Committee and attributes being part of the JLL an excellent way to ease into a new country. Since going Active in September 2011, Blanca has sat on various Committees, ranging from Fundraising to Community and Membership. Her most memorable experience in the League was being a Mentor of a group of 13 New Members.

Since completing undergraduate and graduate study at Florida International University, Blanca has worked within the international divisions of Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo Bank, where she currently leads a diverse team of five professionals.

Blanca is passionate about empowering women to reach their goals and workplace inclusion through active participation in two Lean-In groups, The Ellevate Network, and Catalyst Inc.

In her spare time, Blanca enjoys travelling, trying new cuisines/restaurants, and practicing yoga and Zumba.

Placement Committee Member Linda Robson
Linda joined the Junior League of London in 2015 and was previously a member of the Junior League of Cleveland. Linda has served on the Marketing Committee for Boutique de Noel and on the LEAD committee. Linda holds a PhD in organisational behaviour from Case Western Reserve University and moved to London in 2013. Linda travels to the US to teach organisational behaviour and leadership in the executive MBA program at Kent State University. When she’s in London, Linda is a fitness instructor, teaching the Lagree Method, Spinning, pilates, barre, and more.
Placement Committee Member Lauren Zimman

Lauren joined the JLL in the Fall of 2010. She has served on Events, New Member Development, Little Black Dress and Placement committees, including as co-chair of Little Black Dress in 2014-15 League year. For the past two years, Lauren has enjoyed serving as a Placement Advisor and looks forward to continuing in this role in 2016-17.

Outside of the League, Lauren works for C5 Communications as Senior Legal Conference Producer. She enjoys barrecore classes, socialising with friends, traveling, volunteering and her dog, Coco.

Nominating Committee Member Suzy Bibko
Suzy joined the Junior League of London in 2001 and has served in a variety of leadership and board positions: as DIAD and Holiday Hampers chair, Communications Director, Active-at-Large, Nominating Committee member, Sustainer Director, and most recently as President (2013-15). Outside the JLL, Suzy has served as a Trustee for Cat Action Trust 1977, a charity dedicated to the welfare of feral cats; interim marketing director for Thames 21, London’s leading waterways charity; volunteer for Over the Wall, a charity providing therapeutic recreation camps for children with life-limiting illnesses and their families; and voluntary swimming instructor for disabled adults in London’s Borough of Camden. A graduate of Northwestern University and The John Marshall Law School, Suzy has worked in the legal and business publishing field for nearly 20 years, including as Executive Editor for the American Bar Association and Editor-in-Chief of Financial Publishing for Campden Wealth; she currently works for Fitch Ratings.
Nominating Committee Member Margaret Karnaze
Margaret joined the Junior League of London in the autumn of 2009 and has served on New Member Development, DIAD, and Centrepoint committees. She is a Senior Manager at the BBC, where she has spent over six years in roles ranging from strategy to governance and innovation. Prior to moving to London, she lived in Washington DC where she worked as a management consultant. Margaret grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico and studied Economics and History at the University of Pennsylvania.
Nominating Committee Member Lauren Welch
Lauren Welch joined the Junior League of London in 2010. She served as a trustee of the JLL for four years, most recently as the JLL’s Active-at-Large and previously two years as Fund Development Vice President and one year as Communications Director. Lauren has worked in university and non-profit administration for nearly 15 years and is currently a major gift fundraising manager at SOAS, University of London. Lauren completed her undergraduate and graduate study at North Carolina State University.
