Our Leadership training for the year has been centered around “Servant Leadership” and how embodying its principles can make us more effective leaders in different areas of our lives.

We held our final Servant Leadership session for the year on April 30th, which was focused on building awareness regarding “Unconscious Bias” and it proved to be a very enlightening session with our panelists including Bandi Mbubi, Manna Centre Director and Diana Webster, JLL Volunteer Extraordinaire. We hope those that attended had an insightful experience and received practical tips.
