We are excited to announce our April Member of the Month, Blanca L. Gonzalez!  Blanca served as our Placement Director and led the Placement Committee.  Her leadership helped her team to expand and further network into membership and truly help individuals to understand their committee placement options and opportunities.  All of which focuses Placement’s efforts on developing and supporting our members and to ensure each person enjoys their JLL experience.  Her team also enhanced what Placement has traditionally provided by developing a skills and competencies matrix to help our members understand what attributes would be useful for positions.  Blanca’s efforts to improve and go beyond the status quo, make her an example of leadership and commitment to continuous improvement.  Congratulations, Blanca!
