February’s Members of the Month are Amanda Dick and Nicole Hession from the LEAD Committee. Their involvement in LEAD has been essential to the output of the committee, not only in the past month for Winter Conference, but throughout the year. Amanda has personally sourced Christine Brown Quinn and Eliza Dashwood. She is, essentially, the Speaker Relations head, developing communications that have gone out to all speakers, not just her own. Nicole has done all of the leg-work with PwC, from securing the facilities and all related services to attending IT training in order to be able to facilitate all speaker AV requests. Both women are incredibly responsive and able to handle last-minute requests, and have truly gone above and beyond expectations. Both women truly exemplify the type of dedicated, service member that we, in the Junior League, all hope to be.
