JLL Holiday Hampers Activities Filmed by ITN

23 December 2009

The Holiday Hampers Assembly days which took place at the Notting Hill Housing Trust headquarters in early December were filmed by ITN and posted on the YouTube ‘ITN Christmas Channel’

The ‘Angels behind the Hampers’ video is touching and is a perfect example of the good and joy that the Junior League of London brings to many people each year at Christmas time.

The video shows the assembling of a person specific hamper from start to finish with the help of Active member Lara Golay and even shows the distribution of one hamper to an elderly resident of the Notting Hill Housing Trust.

The video features an interview with President Elect, Meredith Niles, who explains who the JLL is and what we do with regards to sourcing, assembling and distributing the 900 hampers that go out to the needy across London each Christmas
