We are delighted to announce Alison South and Jenny Cripps as joint Members of the Month for October.  Both immediately engaged in LEAD activities this year and spearheaded the launch of our very first Leadership Summit. They brought creativity and innovation utilising the Servant Leadership theme, including gamifying the principles and creating a magnetic fridge calendar to remind and reinforce the principles. They worked effectively and passionately with the speakers leading up to the event to ensure smooth execution. They also stepped up to present the opening session!  Although a significant number of people contributed to the success of the Leadership Summit, it would not have been what it was without these two ladies!  Thank you for your contributions and hard work Alison and Jenny!
