RESTART Drop In
Restart is back and we are looking for volunteers for Friday shifts.
These shifts run EVERY Friday, so this would be a great opportunity to get out and volunteer! Restart is open on Fridays, offering a combination of sit-in meals (for rough sleepers and homeless) and takeaway meals (for guests in accommodation/housing). We need up to 2 volunteers from 6:30pm to 9pm to help serve food, tea, and coffee between Knightsbridge and South Kensington. Safety precautions, in line with government guidance, have been put in place to ensure that guests, volunteers and staff are safe at the drop-in.
Volunteers are asked to wear a face mask. If you experience any symptoms of Covid-19, such as a cough, high temperature or loss of smell/taste, you should not come to the drop-in and follow medical advice.
Please wear your JLL shirts if you have one, and dress casually as we will be working with homeless individuals in facilities that cater to them. You will be able to store your handbag with you but this space is limited so kindly bring as little as possible.
