Thank you for making the 36th annual Boutique de Noel a night to remember

The Junior League of London held its annual Christmas fundraiser, Boutique de Noel, at Chelsea Old Town Hall on Wednesday, 2 December 2015. The new venue provided a beautiful backdrop for shoppers and exhibitors to enjoy a fun, festive evening, with drinks in hand and holiday music playing throughout.

The fun began at 5pm when the doors opened for shopping. The halls were decked with Christmas trees, poinsettias and the elaborate gingerbread houses crafted by JLL Sustainer members – a Boutique de Noel tradition. Attendees were later greeted by the Treblemakers singing a capella Christmas tunes in the foyer adjacent to the main hall. JLL President Erin Northey and JLL member Meg Grogan represented the League on stage, articulating the importance of the night in terms of its impact on the London community. Speaking about the Holiday Hampers programme, Meg shared “It is our privilege to belong to an organisation that inspires service, enacts positive change, and enriches the lives of our community partners as well as our own.”

We are truly grateful for the generous support from exhibitors, auction donors, JLL members and attendees. The funds raised will allow us to effectively serve the London community and continue our mission: promoting voluntary service, developing the potential of women and improving communities, through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.

Thank you to everyone to participated in Boutique de Noel 2015! Your generosity makes possible our work of breaking the cycle of poverty in London.
