A huge thank you to those who joined us at our latest Films to Make You Think! Our discussion of Ava DuVernay’s 13th was thought provoking and powerful. We would also like to to encourage all JLL members to learn more by tuning into the podcast Suave and watching the film The Kalief Browder Story.

The focal point in February is the road ahead for Black British and Americans, in conjuncture with Black History Month in the US. Whilst it’s imperative that we reflect upon the past, it’s also crucial that we look to the future and create a safe, supportive and inclusive future for all to succeed.

Alongside this, the DEI Task Force will be collating the inspiration stories of black female innovators, so please do share any names or thoughts you have on this exciting topic.
