RESTART, a long standing community partner for the Junior League of London, is an inspiring organisation providing meals and a place to relax to those without a home.

RESTART has been diligent about providing excellent community service while adhering to COVID guidelines.  Masks or face shields are worn by volunteers at all times, gloves and aprons are also provided during the food service and cleaning, and hand sanitiser stations are prevalent throughout the facility. Guests wear face masks when they aren’t enjoying their meal.

Despite COVID, the welcoming atmosphere hasn’t changed.  Music is playing throughout the service, the staff is enthusiastic and are always happy to have the company of JLL volunteers join them.  Here at JLL we are so grateful that we can partner with RESTART to support London during these challenging times!
