Servant Leadership is our Leadership and Development theme this year and we were excited to explore the principles of this thought provoking approach at our annual Conference on Saturday 9 March.  It was a day of learning and inspiration, helping us develop into more effective servant leaders so that we can be catalysts for change in the London community!

The LEAD Committee organised an inspiring keynote speaker Rachel Carrell, founder of Koru Kids, and a great lineup of experts drawing from both inside and outside of the League.  From learning how listening to yourself helps you listen to others better, to creating an effective elevator pitch for the League and beyond, there was many thought provoking moments throughout the day!   We’d like to give a big THANKS to our LEAD Committee for organising this great day and helping us realise on our mission to develop the potential of women!
